Roshan is an experienced leadership coach and a technology visionary driven by passion, empathy and servant leadership. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the ICT industry across people leadership, technology strategy, advisory, execution, governance, delivery and operations, Roshan has successfully coached leaders and advised businesses on digital transformation, technology modernization, process reform and capability maturity uplift programs.

Apart from holding a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Information Technology, Roshan has received practical training as well as on-the-job learning and development from global companies and consulting firms. This laid the foundations for Roshan to evolve into an accomplished leader in the ICT industry today. In addition, Roshan is a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant and a certified SAFe Agilist. This equips him with a broad range of skills needed to lead the adoption and implementation of SAFe and associated Lean-Agile techniques to transform, scale and modernize small to medium sized businesses as well as large enterprises.

Roshan is also a certified Yoga teacher with over 30 years of in-depth experience practicing and teaching Yoga, Meditation and Breathing techniques to enhance performance in personal and professional lives. Roshan uses a unique blend of ancient practices based on Yoga and Ayurveda combined with modern techniques from the contemporary world of corporate IT to coach, train, mentor, develop and influence leaders, executives and staff at all levels of an organization.

Over the years, Roshan has led, inspired and influenced large groups and global teams (500+) and advised Senior Executives, Leaders, Boards and Steering Committees while driving innovation, modernization and positive change through Communities of Practices (CoP) and Centers of Excellence (CoE). He has also managed and motivated diverse, high-performing cross-functional teams across geographies while successfully delivering tangible business outcomes through completion of multi-million-dollar programs ($100M+) that generated immediate and sustained value to the customers across private and public sectors, including state government.

In these senior leadership and general management roles, Roshan significantly reduced enterprise Technical Debt and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through innovation, continuous improvement and transformation of people, operational processes and corporate culture. Today, Roshan is widely respected for his ability to develop and execute organization restructure, process redesign and business transformation strategies to scale large enterprises while inspiring and managing change, growth and innovation to deliver strategic, commercial outcomes for the company directors, partners and shareholders as well as accelerated value to their clients and customers.

During his tenure in the technology industry, Roshan devised successful strategies, execution plans and delivery roadmaps for organizations to adopt and establish contemporary technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, Analytics and Governance, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Software Defined Networking (SDN), Cloud Infrastructure, Robotics Process Automation and Internet of Things (IoT) while modernizing ways of working, operating model and work culture of large, complex organizations.

Using effective business value articulation, high-impact communication, stakeholder and customer relationship management skills, Roshan has built a proven track record of building, developing, mobilizing and scaling large technology groups across various disciplines (such as software engineering, product management, project management, application development, business analysis, data science, solution design, options modelling, architecture, middleware, integration, platforms, infrastructure, testing, release, site reliability engineering, service delivery and operations) while incorporating contemporary and emerging practices, tools and techniques such as Lean-Agile, DevOps – CI/CD, Cloud technologies, SaaS products, ERP systems, APIs and Microservices to provide high quality Total Experience combining Employee, User, Customer and Multi Experience (TX – UX/CX/MX).
